Our Executive team boasts a collective educational background and Board experience spanning over 200 years. Strategically situated across our Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane offices, they guarantee in-person involvement at all phases of the recruitment process.
James has led over 100 leadership and executive search appointments, and spent 22 years teaching and leading in the Independent school sector, including as Head of Middle School at Caulfield Grammar School.
Kate is a qualified educator with over 16 years of industry experience. She has led faculty and leadership searches across both international and domestic school sectors.

Meg has over 40 years’ experience in educational leadership, including 21 years as Principal. She was a Board Member of Ecumenical Schools Australia from 2010 to 2021, including a period as Chair of AHISA Victoria and National AHISA Board Member from 2019 to 2021. Meg is a current Board Member of the Invergowrie Foundation and a former Board Member of Victoria University.

Phil’s 31-year career in education culminated in his role as Principal of Carey Baptist Grammar School. He was seconded by the Board of Trinity Grammar in June 2018 to lead the school as Headmaster. Since 2012, Phil has consulted to a number of boards on leadership, governance and compliance.

During his 39-year career, Nigel was a Principal for nearly 25 years, culminating in a highly successful tenure at Blackheath & Thornburgh College before retiring at the end of 2019. With over 26 years of board experience, Nigel is the current Chair of an NFP and of Grace College, UQ, and sits on two further education boards.
Holding a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, Simon taught in Northern NSW and London before moving into education recruitment. In eight years, he has grown this state-wide team and made a significant impact on a large number of leadership and executive appointments.
Craig is an experienced, outcome-oriented leader, bringing a wealth of expertise gained from leading education recruitment teams in both Australia and abroad over the past ten years. Craig is committed to quality and is passionate about supporting educators at all levels to reach their career goals.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and a Master’s in Education (TESOL), and has taught in Wollongong, Brunei and London. Joining ANZUK Education in 2018, Annie has over a decade of experience in education, both as a teacher and a recruitment consultant, supporting educators and schools.
A former English teacher and experienced education recruitment consultant, Gemma spent 10 years supporting Australian teachers to build their careers in the UK before bringing her expertise back to Australia. Based in Geelong, Gemma specialises in regional and rural recruitment. Having grown up in a small Yorkshire town, she understands the opportunities and challenges of regional living and is passionate about connecting schools with leaders who will genuinely embrace their community.
Jo is Country Manager for ANZUK Education in New Zealand, bringing extensive leadership experience and an Extensive understanding of recruitment. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, growing successful businesses and developing trusted, long-term partnerships with schools and education leaders. Known for her collaborative and solution-focused approach, Jo is passionate about bringing people together around a shared purpose and creating meaningful, lasting impact. Originally from the UK, Jo has called Auckland home for the past 25 years. Outside of work, she is a keen ocean swimmer and has completed numerous open-water events across New Zealand.
Stu brings extensive experience in executive search and education leadership, having led more than 50 Principal and senior leadership appointments across Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally. A former teacher in New Zealand, the UK and Europe, Stu went on to found and lead Education Personnel, now ANZUK Education New Zealand. His experience as both a school trustee and Board Chair gives him a valuable understanding of governance, leadership and the complexities of appointing exceptional school leaders.
